Summary:
This is a rewrite of RPC-667, which was removed due to various reasons. I have made some major changes to both the description and the addendum of the article which should bring it up to par with my current standards for my work.
Noticed this mistake in the body of the article. Consider my suggestions, thanks. Bolded are my changes.
RPC-667 wears a uniform typical of those worn by US air rad raid wardens during the Second World War, but in a state of disrepair. Including the This includes RPC-667's gas mask and helmet which are are also in a damaged state.

Containment Protocols: RPC-667 is held in a modified heavy humanoid containment unit with no furnishings. The concrete used in the unit's construction has been custom made to include mixed with various chemical inhibitors I would specify what in a footnote. The unit has no proper ventilation system; instead, a chemical purifier has been installed to allow for an equilibrium of pressure between the inside of the containment unit and the rest of the facility. Eight hazardous gaseous chemical detectors are placed outside of its containment unit. No observation equipment is present on the interior of RPC-667's containment unit.
Additionally, RPC-667 is fed one live animal on a bi-weekly basis. Typically the animal fed to RPC-667 is a chicken. However, other animals such laboratory mice may be used if no chickens are available.
At least 2 backup containment units are to be ready to contain RPC-667 at all times. If 5 or more of the hazardous gaseous chemical detectors are tripped a containment breach alarm will be sounded. In the event of a containment breach, all on-site personnel are required to don chemical protection equipment until an all-clear signal is given. MST India-13 ("Squirrel on a Stick") has been assigned to RPC-667 for the purpose of cleaning up waste material created during containment breaches; personnel will be notified when all waste matter produced by RPC-667 has been removed.

Description: RPC-667 is a military cybernetic humanoid entity constructed during a cooperative project between GOI-012 ("Nucorp") and GOI-004 ("United Sates Military, Department of Abnormal Occurrences").1 RPC-667 is approximately 1.87m tall with an approximate mass of 83.9Kg. RPC-667 wears a uniform ,helmet and gas mask typical of those worn by US air raid wardens during the second World War, but in a state of disrepair. This includes RPC-667's gas mask and helmet which are are also in a damaged state,2 RPC-667's helmet is marked "0222", the significance of which is unknown.and the number 0222 can be seen on the front of RPC-667's helmet. All of RPC-667 and its clothes/apparel have been observed to not be affected by highly reactive chemical compounds, and are considered to be chemically inert.
Needles composed of an unidentified metal, 5cm in length,5cm long metal needles protrude out from the tips of each of the fingers of RPC-667's gloves; these needles have the ability to pierce through most types of body armor. Additionally, they constantly drip a highly corrosive chemical agent, that has proven impossible to chemically identify due to its highly reactive properties. RPC-667 moves in an awkward and jittery manner that suggests various muscles in its legs don't functions properly. Bad tone here. I would suggest looking up types of gait to be more specific This results in the entity being unable to run. Additionally, RPC-667 releases pure Fluorine gas (F2) as a byproduct of respiration.
RPC-667 constantly releases a visible yellow-green gaseous chemical agent, designated as RPC-667-1, from the gaps in its suit at a rapid rate how does this interact with the fluorine?. RPC-667-1 is a highly reactive chemical agent that causes painful blistering in human and animal soft tissues on contact.will cause extremely painful blisters when it comes in contact with the subjects skin, and Inhalation of RPC-667-1 leads to muscle paralysis of the limbs. In animals too? in the subjects limbs. Chemical examination of RPC-667-1 has proven inconclusive maybe link this stuff more with the stuff in the needles?. Additionally, it's known that RPC-667 breaks the law of conservation of mass in order to create RPC-667-1 This is kind of hard to prove or disprove, maybe say that the best theories are that it breaks conservation of mass, or that the Authority suspects it does?.
RPC-667 is extremely hostile towards human/animal subjects and will attack on sight. After spotting a subject RPC-667 will use the chemical agents produced from its person to incapacitate the subject. Once the subject is incapacitated RPC-667 will use the metal needles at the tips of its fingers to inject an unknown chemical into the subject. This chemical will circulate through the subject's bloodsteam and begin to violently react with the interior of the subject, resulting in the total corrosion of the body from the inside out within 2 minutes.resulting in the subject being completely corroded into a chemical slurry within 2 minutes. RPC-667 will then absorb the resulting slurry though its boots. For unknown reasons, the entity appears to be incapable of perceiving pre-killed subjects as food and will ignore them entirely.

Addendum.2: Anomaly 846 and 851 (GOI-004)

Normal Aspects: 846 appears to be a helmet issued to US Air Raid Wardens, with the numbers 1222 printed above the identifying 'W'.
Abnormal Aspects: 846 constantly emits small amounts of Fluorine gas (F2) from its surface, no normal explanation for this effect has been identified.
Concerns: Low
Additional Details: Personnel have been reporting an urge to wear the helmet. Because of this guards will be rotated out on a monthly basis. Additionally, certain personnel have reported hearing the sounds of distant screams and gunfire when in the presence of 846. Personnel that report these symptoms are to be transferred to another facility and resume service

Additional Details: Testing involving subjects wearing 851 found that they would gain the ability to "see" using X-ray radiation; allowing them to identify firearms and persons through solid objects. Additionally, the eyes of the mask would display information such as the chemical makeup of the air around them. Currently, it's believed that 851 uses a kind of sectra-analysis Do you mean spectroanalysis? in order to gather this information.

Addendum.4: Incident RPC-667-A
Field Test: Project Binary (Asset-0222)
Date: December 2nd
Written Report: Asset-0222 proved to be very effective against the howlers at the Hawaii incursion point, in no small part to how well Nucorp have constructed? Asset-0222.
Course of Action: The USM-DAO will begin the mass production of Asset-0222 in the Hawaiian facility, starting on the 10th.

Details: On December 7th an attack by Japanese forces on various Pacific American territories resulted in major damage to the warehouse that was holding Asset-0222 before mass production was to begin. As of December 12th, the Asset has not been located. Military forces will be transporting extra chemical protection suits to protect search personnel from hazardous anomalies that were being held in the warehouse. Additionally, all blueprints relating to Asset-0222 were destroyed in the attack, making mass production impossible.
»EMERGENCY BRIEFING«
All US military personnel stationed on the Hawaii archipelago are to be made aware of a hostile anomalous humanoid. Entity is seen wearing a standard fatigues for an Air Raid Warden, and its helmet has the numbers 0222 above the identifying 'W'. Any personnel that sees the entity are ordered to not engage and are to instead report the sighting to a commanding officer. Additionally, martial law will be enforced throughout the archipelago to protect civilians from the entity.
This operation, and the anomalous humanoid must remain a secret from civilian knowledge at all cost. Any soldier seen to be purposely exposing information regarding this briefing will be summarily cashiered court martialed regardless of rank.

An unknown anomalous humanoid has been identified on the Hawaii territory. Entity appears to be generating high amounts of weapons-grade chemical agents. Active Operation: Generalized Extermination
Identification: #29 was discovered wandering the Island of Hawaii after the island was attacked by various aircraft most likely belonging to the Axis Powers. The exact origin of the entity is unknown. However, its believed to belong to the US military.
Utility: The uses of #29 should be obvious to any member of the Church, as its ability to kill large amounts of people is very apparent. This will allow the Church to purge the weak with renewed vigor.

2. The gasmask is similar in appearance to models manufactured by PBC , while the helmet has an appearance similar to steel helmets manufactured by BMB. I would use specific model or type names here, the full names of the companies, and maybe the date ranges in which they were manufactured?
It's better! And it links with the universe waaaaay better than previously. A lot of tone issues that need fixing, and I don't really like the way the Malthus stuff is written- I think it needs a more distinct style. It's kind of stilted as-is.
