The Grand Clock Ticks Once More
This is a bit of a slog to read through at first, but it does pick up toward the middle. I give it high marks for at least making me wish I knew more about the Beatles to better understand the references.
Really interesting concepts and ideas, but the full article feels like less than the sum of its parts. It's disjointed, it doesn't have a coherent theme or thematic direction. I mean — what the hell does the Beatles theming have to do with psychology and making people face themselves?
There's also a lot of grammar mistakes. A shitton of them. For the love of God please run articles by Google Docs before posting.
Very awkward interpretation of psychology. People tend to be tougher than this, a nightmare is nowhere near enough to "break" a person. Additionally, the storytelling hold the reader's hand too much. There are segments which get their point explained to the reader in a paragraph before the segment itself. Strips the article of intrigue and discovery.
