i was not, however this is essentially a separate anomaly entirely (excluding the obvious "BUT ITS A TARDIGRADE TOO")
Although larger than any reasonable tardigrade would ever be in nature, the buccopharyngeal apparatus remains completely functional, however anomalously able with the additional anomalous ability to consume other more biologically complicated entities.
RPC-XXX has been observed surviving for extended1 periods of time without nourishment, however add comma it consumes prey nonetheless.
RPC-221 manifested within RPC-XXX's cell. RPC-XXX was found immune to RPC-221's effects. RPC-221 de-manifests when RPC-XXX attempts to consume them. it.
All RPCs are considered objects, thus, an it.
RPC-068 is permitted entry to RPC-XXX's containment chamber. RPC-XXX remains docile, and RPC-068 asking requests permission to leave.
RPC-002 is fired at RPC-XXX. RPC-XXX sustains minimal physical damage, then attempting attempts to attack the ASF personnel.
Well, this is extremely well written, and a very solid article overall. However, I hate to say that I do not find the idea to be particularly interesting. I mean, it's just a big water bear that eats things. In addition, I'm not entirely sure what else you could do to this thing to make it more interesting. Thinking about it a little more, I suppose having a giant water bear could be fairly interesting, and I do like all the crossovers you do in this article. Maybe try to expand upon those interactions? Most of them are just the thing trying to eat the other RPCs and then leaving. Maybe have something happen, or have the other RPCs try to do something to the water bear.
I think this idea could work, not everything has to be a big threat with a thousand features, after all. However, I think to make this work and be more interesting, you should expand upon how the other RPCs interact with it.
Good Writing.
