The real scientific theory is that exposure to low levels of toxins induces a fear response in the brain, tricking it into a more lucid state of mind.
So I think the premise is that mercury in vaccines cause brain-damage which then enables autism and/or astral projection.

So mercury in low levels can enable a person to astrally project. Mercury is named after Mercury the messenger of the gods and imbibing his essence enables one to ascend to their realm
In high levels ( vaccines ) it permenantly anchors the spirit partially in the astral plane, causing the symptoms known as autism.
