Since the gran has ability to change form, would you consider adding a Transmutation Hazard? As you have said, extent of her shapeshifting abilities is unknown, and the families affected by her seem to experience an anomalous weight increase. Additionally, how about Regenerative Hazard, since the baked anomalies can repair themselves? Since it's still part of the overall anomaly.

Containment protocols:
Due to the anomalous nature of RPC-319 all current containment efforts have failed.

I can suggest something more like Due to the intelligence and significant area of effect of RPC-319[…]. Obviously the RPC is anomalous, but it is its sheer AoE and ability to adapt specifically that make it such a challenge. This makes it so the danger it poses is apparent right away.
