The effects of RPC-XXX do not seem to affect anything that isn’t in direct contact with a living being.
Relocate this to be a part of your description, not in the containment protocols
RPC-XXX appears as a 3x5cm prism with engravings carved on it in Ancient Greek language.
This should be the first sentence in your description. Right off the bat it tells us what we are dealing with. Then you should mention the current first sentence dating it.

RPC-XXX is an ancient artefact dating to approximately 75.000 years ago; the object was discovered in a tomb in Jerusalem by a knight templar during the Third Crusade, and has since been in the hands of the church up until the creation of the Authority.

Move the discovery comment down to your discovery paragraph. Instead take this space to describe how the anomaly looks. The only info we have rn is that it's a small prism with a button. Tell us about the material it appears to be, the colour, luster, weight and all that fun stuff!

It has been confirmed that an ancient civilisation living in Earth had actually invented both Greek and Latin. RPC-XXX could be related to this beings.
As we spoke about this in discord you added the footnote mentioning this.
That is an absolutely massive discovery that I don't think should be included here. I am 100% fine with there being ancient beings/civilizations that invented this object, however both greek and latin are massive hallmarks of the human civilization, and this would be changing a large portion of human history. I think it would be a much better and easier addition for the greek carvings to have been added later in the objects history, or to mention that they are unsure of the reliability of the dating because of this.
