Hmmmm. I see what you're going for here, but as it stands there's just not enough in the article to balance out the log. The actual nature of the entity is so vague as to be meaningless- you seem to start by implying it's a singular thing but later it gains the ability to accurately recreate multiple people and whole vignettes? Also, if it does all these things in a constant loop that never changes, why is it a full-blown anomaly? What happens when people interrupt the sequence of events? Why is testing banned?

This feels like the first half of an article, so far.
