Objects thrown throw emerge from the Iocaste’s crater, designated AEP-002-A, at immense speeds.
thrown through
Another supernatural quality of AEP-002 is its ability to not drag in gasses through that are not in an enclosed space through AEP-002.
This anomalous quality does not extend to the surrounding atmosphere of the event.
Overall thoughts: this is an interesting piece, but it needs something extra. An experiment log maybe? Also while the direct applications are implied, maybe a sucessful first mission enabled by this anomaly could also be included.
Basically, beef it up. Additionally, you need better clinical tone, but I'll make you a deal. If you beef it up, DM me the final product and I will help you edit it for clinical tone.
Agreeing with Victor here, very interesting concept but an execution that goes nowhere with it. An experiment log or a mission log with it would definitely help improve the execution of this piece. Currently a 3/5 for a cool sci fi concept, but if you expand on it more, it would be worthy of a 4/5 or 5/5 rating.

Iocaste is a name, no need for "the".
Another supernatural quality of AEP-002 is its ability to not drag in gasses through that are not in an enclosed space through AEP-002. Researchers theorize there is a force within AEP-002 that prevents gases from moving into the low pressure area around AEP-002-A.
"supernatural" is not exactly a right term to use in a clinical article for the most part… Also you got "gases" wrong the first time. Suggest to reword to:
"Another anomalous quality of AEP-002 is the absence of a vacuum effect that should naturally occur between Earth's environment and AEP-002. It is theorized that an unseen barrier is projected that prevents diffusion of gases into the vacuum of AEP-002-A."
I assume this barrier also blocks cosmic radiation from passing into Earth?
AEP-002 was discovered by Association agents when investigating reports of a large sinkhole forming near the ██████ Ruins.
The following is a Logan’s recordings taken from the ship and its personnel:
What's a "Logan's recordings"?
Dr. Jagged: All right chill.
Seems a bit too informal-casual.
Dr. Noix: The higher ups probably wanna see if there are any other supernatural phenomena down here.
"wanna" also seems a bit too informal-casual.
Dr. Jagged: What’s down here other than a hole that leads to space.
Shouldn't this end in a question mark?
Dr. Noix: You wanna know why I left the Authority.
See above two points. I'd rather it be "Would you like to know why-".
CUBE FORMATION
Cubic formation.
My biggest criticism of the audio log is that the doctors all seem to have "puppet master syndrome" - they all speak and sound the same, and lack distinct personalities much as if it's the same guy who's speaking all of their lines. Also, you need to diversify your punctuation from a majority of full stops.
