Personally, the article would be unironically excellent if you made a backstory as to why the article is such a mess to begin with. Let's be honest, the Authority would never allow this article to be formated in such a way…unless!
Imagine an anomaly, a computer anomaly byproduct of a learning algorithm. The AI learns slowly but surely and it eventually breaches into the Authority's database. As the Authority struggles to fight back, the anomaly decides it should make an article of itself, like how serial killers leave their signature on their victims to get recognition. However, something went wrong, probably a self-containing memetic agent. And now, the anomaly is trapped inside the article it wrote for itself. It stranded itself in it's own paradise, and what do you get? The collective result of the Authority's database collapsing on a single article, RPC 927
Now this is just my way on how I would approach a genuine improvement on the article because right now a lot of people don't want memories from SCP 2721. What I suggested is, funnily enough, just that…done a million times better. The best part is that all of that was done thanks to you. If I were you, I would combine what I stated with the article you already wrote, and it'd be an instant banger.
Anyhow, I dv your article because it wasn't a joke, that's it. I hope you can learn from this to improve in the long run
