I like the concept overall, however it surely lacks interaction, not even with something like a person, but with the anomaly itself. The testing seems to be near to nothing and I feel like there should be more the Authority could do to provide benefits onto using the Fossils. The article itself is quite simple but not short which is interesting because you took your sweet time to explain things, I would prefer if you did had any sort of human commentary explaining how helpful this could be to areas.
And, at last, the nitpicking part:
I wish there were a plot twist, maybe after the local area get all great and stuff they maybe start to get bigger and bigger or something harmful to themselves
My point is: Do something more, as it stands its one noted.
But again, it is not a bad article, its actually kinda cool how you did it, so nice job overall
