The anomaly should be at least Beta-Yellow given its ability to breach containment and it strength in addition to being an entity.

given that the anomaly is a humanoid I'm going to assumed that you based it off of Site-17 from SCP, Site-017 in RPC is an antarctic facility and so I suggest changing it to one of our currently existing sites which you can find here

As of right now the article feels very empty as it is simply describing a basic entity that could be interpret as a mary sue which is generally frowned upon, I suggest expand on its backstory more or develop it with character interactions through interviews. I don't really like its ability to become "nigh-omniscience" and it should either be nerfed or remove entirely. Other than that the article in general seems to be lacking in clinical tone so I also suggest that you work on it, hope this helps you on your first article.

Disclaimer: I am a new member, therefore take my advice with a grain of salt.
Like TTPY said, the article still feels short in terms of its narrative, and the significance of its central entity, but I think every idea can be a good article if its executed right. A lot of anomaly concepts tend to follow a structure, consisting of what form it takes, how it works, and why it was made. The documentation serves to explain whatever the anomaly is, while the story serves to justify why those details matter.
So far in the draft, the central entity, the insect humanoid monster, is given a detailed description, but why the Authority would care about it isn't told. Now, the article says it is dangerous in terms of its abilities, and how it is attempting to replace mankind, but the draft doesn't talk about how the researchers figured this out, or why humans are the animal its trying to morph into. It bares a lot of resemblance to the monster from the movie The Thing in this sense.
Conceptually, I did like the imagery of the entity but some of the details could be better explained or dropped. The sound based sedatives are said to be essential for containment, as is not looking at it, but the article never explains why. What happens if you don't do those things? The decontamination procedure is described as being more vigorous, but not why that is needed in comparison to other contained RPCs. A lot of details about the monster don't lead anywhere, such as its power to climb walls, or why ripping doors/breaking glass would make it much harder to contain for the Authority than another hostile monster that presumably would be as strong.
I didn't find what it eats to be essential to the story, nor why it gets angry when its hungry, or the way it morphs from species to species. The monster wants to become the strongest animal, and it is trying to emulate species to make itself the strongest, but that isn't explained why it wouldn't prefer to be the most hardy, which its chintin armor suggests, or the most progenous, like what the larvae suggests. What animal did it adapt previous from for its offspring to rip through concrete and reinforced steel?
Overall, my recommendation is to work through the logic of how this entity operates. What did it start from, how did it morph into what it was when the Authority captured it, and how it figures out what the next animal is to adapt to. Done right, I think there is a promising article there.
