Containment Protocols: RPC-119 is currently kept within a standard humanoid containment cell. RPC-119 may be subject to testing on a bi-weekly basis and is to receive therapeutic and medical checkups after said testing. In the event that RPC-119 displaces any form of matter within its containment, it should be coerced into replenishing the displacement. Should RPC-119 display any potentially hazardous displacement, it is to be sedated after replenishing said displacement, and moved into Site-009's strict containment wing; therapy sessions will be held on a bi-daily basis. Interaction is to be limited and the activity of the anomaly is to be monitored at all times.
Description: RPC-119 is a human male, 45 years of age. It has a height of 185.42cm and weighs approximately 91kg. RPC-119 is balding and requires prescription glasses. RPC-119 is able to create minor displacements in matter (within 5 meters of itself). RPC-119 can only make minor displacements, with an estimated maximum size of 15cm3. RPC-119 expresses extreme discontent with its anomalous trait, and will often ask if said trait can be reversed. RPC-119 shows an inability to cope with the trait; therapy was requested and was later accepted.
Displacements in matter consist of a perfect black body, with a cubed shape. Attempts to make contact with the displacement(s) will result in a lack of gravity being placed onto the object(s). Displacements can cause a multitude of effects, including (but not limited to):
- Shrinking in size, yet consistent in mass;
- Mixing with other materials1;
- Objects catching fire (if possible);
- Death;
- Reconfiguration of certain appendages2;
- Distortions3.
